  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be prioritized for dispatch on the following business day.

  • Standard Delivery: Expected arrival within 3–7 business days.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

  • Orders Under $50: A base logistical fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Arrival & Security

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are precise at checkout. While we will assist in cases of delivery failure due to incorrect addresses, any additional re-shipment costs will be the responsibility of the client.

  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your treasure, please contact us within 3 business days. We will initiate a dedicated claims process on your behalf.
