We want you to fall in love with every Orodira creation. If you are not completely enchanted with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, we are dedicated to facilitating a smooth return or exchange.

  • Unopened Treasures: Products in their original, sealed, and untampered packaging are eligible for a full refund.

  • Trial Experience: Given the personal nature of skincare, if a product does not meet your expectations after trial, please reach out to our Skincare Concierge. We will provide a bespoke solution, which may include an exchange, a store credit, or a partial refund based on the circumstances.

2. Instant Quality Assurance

Every Orodira parcel undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before departure. Should your order arrive damaged during transit or exhibit any defect:

  • Please capture a photograph of the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will arrange an expedited replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
